Ingredients for 1 person:
1 pita bread
150 g of cherry tomatoes
1/2 cucumber
1/4 of Tropea red onion
2 tablespoons of pitted Taggiasca olives
60 g of feta
1 bunch of OrtoRomi rocket salad
1 jar of OrtoRomi classic hummus
50 g of cooked chickpeas
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
Dried oregano
Salt and pepper

Preparation
Cut the cherry tomatoes and cucumber into wedges, cut the onion into halves. Assemble the bowl by arranging the cherry tomatoes on one side and then the cucumber, hummus, rocket salad and pita cut into wedges. Arrange the olives in the center and finish with a few cloves of onion, crumbled feta and the drained chickpeas. Sprinkle with oregano and pepper and just before serving season with an emulsion of oil and vinegar.
